I had to have my bike serviced this past week and It was nothing like i have ever seen. It was taken in immediately. No appt. With friendly faces. Throughout the process I was kept informed periodically about the progress. After it was completed, everything was discussed with me
so that I understood everything. Wonderful people!!!!! The absolute best!!!

within the past 2 years I have visited this particular dealership, and I believe this time they finally got it right. A great big thank you to the team at Mike Bruno's Freedom HD. Starting with Jessie. She was great, knew what questions to ask to find out what would be the best fit for what I was looking for. She has great product knowledge and if there was something she didn't know she was quick about finding it out. Once I had decided on what I wanted, Dale came into the picture. He went over all of my options and gave me a few ideas to help solidify my decision. Then, in came Brian (GSM). He was more than willing to work with me to iron out a few kinks that I had and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. Bought a 2023 soft tail today from Mike and Billy and I must say how impressed I was with the service and the dedication of all employees there and the experience and knowledge from Motor wear, service, sales and even Beaux in the Financial department. The family environment and overall atmosphere was great we were here for 3 going on 4 hours and the whole time was just awesome I appreciate the team here at this location and this made for a wonderful experience for buying my first Harley ever.
